I have changed computers and the initial ( drivers ? ) that were installed cannot be seenas a result I ca not also back up , However the old information that i backed up is still on the external hard drive. am using WD my passport
Pleas post a print screen so we can be on the same page.
Make sure you have installed the latest version of Smartware.
Remember that you can manually restore your files by going to the backup folder on the drive.
