CF Card won't read at all, after pins bent on reader

I have a card that was forced into a reader by someone, not realising one of the pins was bent. Once the bent pin was noticed I tried it in other readers, it slides into other readers no problem, but won’t read.
Windows says it’s unreadable.
Any more desperate options to get the files read? The card contains important memories that weren’t backed-up.
Can it be sent to SanDisk?

If a pin is bent, carefully try to straighten it using a small tool like tweezers or a needle. Then, carefully inspect the pins.
In terms of the computer saying it is unreadable, make sure that your card reader’s drivers are up to date. I doubt that Sandisk will offer any specific recovery options or advice. They might refer you to a certified data recovery service.
