Hi
I have an Passport Ultra

My computer was taken hostage by a virus so I cleaned the computer. I installed my back up from 12/12/18. I found most of my files but I can not find a particular folder. how is that possible? I see some .exe files with the program name. I don’t need the program I need the files. Can you point me in the correct direction?

You can check the “WDBackup.swstor” folder manually from My Passport Ultra to get your important files from backup folder. By default, WD Backup creates a folder named WDBackup.swstor and all the backed up data stores here after completion of backup job.
