Categories vs File back ups - Missing doc files from other users WD Passport

I opted to back up categories of files, but noticed the back up only picked up documents from 1 of 5 users on my Windows 7 PC.

Is there a way to make sure it’s picking up documents from all 5 desktops using category approach?  Or must i opt for the All files approach?

On this case i recommend selecting the hole users folder from the admin account on your windows 7 computer, this way you will see the different folders for each user on that computer.
