Can't unlock drive My Book Essentials

Go 4 USB drives, 2 are 1130, 1 is 1140 and the last one is a 1230 according to their IDs.

Got one of my 1130 with a password,dunno why, and I can’t seem to unlock it with WD Security for Windows app.

Any hints on how to reset to factory? don’t mind losing all data as this will be just a backup drive for my NAS.

You can use WD Drive Utility for format the drive and you attempt to enter the incorrect password 5 time. You will lose all data.
