Ok. First go to settings> system settings> Info and write down the Firmware. Then Go to settings> System settings>Format> Yes.Then update the Firmware even if you have the newest one go to the firmware update thread and click on the link for all regions under the version you have (If your firmware starts V01 you need athe Version 1 Firmware and if it starts V02 then you need version 2) and do a manual install of the firmware. This will erase everything from the player in terms of media so you will have to add your songs again. This will get the player back to like brand new. Then try and add only songs that wont transfer right now.
