can't open clip sport

I just got a Clip Sport 8gb and it’s fully charged, but when I try to open it nothing happens. What am doing wrong?

This may be caused by one of the following:

1. Minimum system requirements were not met
2. Corrupted drivers
3. Computer restrictions
