Can't make backups n

I have a new “My Passport 1Tb” and my Laptop have Windows 7

I installed the software with te Software Controlers
At the end of this installation a choose: Backup files with WD Backup
Then I see a screen that its searcing for backup files but nothing is found

What is wrong or did I wrong ?

Hi, can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing in the software? You can also download the application from the website again and re-install it and see if that helps.
