Cant locate my icon or my drive

After installing the newest version, my icon to my WD passport no longer appears on my desktop! I have so many important weddings images and videos i need to get off this drive! please help!

NOTE: I even downgraded to macOS Monterey, still no luck.

I am facing a same issue regarding the my drive and trying fill out your recommended link but the form is not submitting. can you please tell me where is the problem. Thank you
