Just bought a SanDisk Ultra Fit (64 GB), trying to follow setup instructions, which leads me to this page (), where I should download privateaccess-win.exe. Except I can’t. I get as far as selecting the folder to download it into, the file explorer window automatically closes (as it should), and at this point – you’d expect the file to start downloading – nothing happens. I’ve never encountered this before; does anyone have any advice?
Can someone confirm if they are able to download the file https://downloads.sandisk.com/downloads/privateaccess-win.exe I am able to download other files on the site, so i think it’s a problem with this file but if someone can confirm that way I know if it’s something with my computer or browser…
Same happened to me!! Tried downloading but no error message or anything. It just ask for the location and upon selection, it just silently do nothing.
