Can't decrypt large files with SecrueAccess

I have a SanDisk Portable SSD with SecureAccess V3.02 on it. This allowed me to store files in encrypted form, but now larger files can no longer be decrypted. The size is specified correctly in SecureAccess, but when I drag the file into Explorer it is 0kb. Does anyone have an idea of what to do?

Of course, I know the function of the software.
But there is a problem to extract big files. When i export a big file from secrueAccess, the extracted filesize will be 0kb
