Can't copy playlist from Rhapsody to SansaClip

I have a SansaClip 4B player.

I can not copy (drag/drop) from Rhapsody playlist to Sansa Clip. 
I select the playlist, but when I drag over the Sansa Clip in the Sources area, all that appears is the not allowed symbol.  
Also, “Playlist” does not appear under Sansa Clip pull down in the sources area.

I can post some images if it helps show what I am seeing…but I would need some guidance.
When I copy/pasted image, it indicated I exceeded message limit.

It might be an issue with the PC. Can you try to do a restart with no other software running and do the process again?
