Hi, I have had this problem with the previous firmware and I thought that by updating to the newest firmware, it would fix the problem, but it hasn’t. I still can’t copy music onto my sansa player, it says The file " " cannot be copied. It may not exist or is being used by another program. It’s not being used by another program, its just sitting there and I can’t copy it.
I just had this problem for the first time yesterday, I followed the instructions in the thread to change from MTP mode to MSC mode and I was able to drag and drop my music files instead of going through the copying process.
