Can't copy files to Fuze+

I Just received the + from a friend. I have a Mac and have managed multiple Clips and an older Fuze without trouble. With the fuze+, I can’t copy any music or other files to it. I reformated it using the Fuze and nothing works. Any ideas? I tried more that music files, which should work as it is just a disk drive.

Could you be more specific as to what is going wrong? Are you getting any error messages?

Try going into the Fuze+ options, and make sure the usb mode is set to MSC. If your friend set it to MTP, than it will only work on Windows. If it is set to auto, it might think you are running Windows, and attempt to use MTP.
