Hi i cant get the computer to recognise my sansa 250 anymore and it wont charge. I have another and it recognises that one. It also blew my usb charger and when i plug it into the computer my usb mouse doesnt work. The thing is it works ok yesterday as i downloaded some new music onto it. I am totally lost as to what to do now. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
You mentioned it blew up the USB charger right? That could have caused damage to your Sansa as well not just the charger. Contact SanDisk and check warranty.
If something damaged the player, it’s clearly out of warranty.
