Can't Add Media Files

I can’t seem to add ANY media files, my music or any videos. I can’t seem to fix it, I just bought the Sansa280 and it’s not working… I’ve installed the Sansa Media Converter but I can’t add any media what so ever, it doesn’t even recognize any of my music.

I’m sorry if this has been answered somewhere, or before.

Media converter is only for pictures/ movies.  Music you can just copy onto the player.

You have to plug the player in to convert.
