Hi everyone!
As the title says, I have a problem with my hard drive. My desktop computer that I use the hard drive is broken at this moment…
I plug the passport on my laptop but a window pop and it says e:/ access refused.
I try to repair it with the tips on the internet that gives me but not too much chance to understand what is really the problem right here.
I download already WD smartware but fail to update…
Actually im not really quite sure of what im suppose to do right here… I know that my passport is locked to my desktop computer but where do I go to unlocked the hd…
