Cannot view photos on laptop or connect to Photokiosk

I am trying to view/transfer photos from my 2 gb SD card. When I place it into the slot on my computer, the only thing I can do is open Photokiosk. However, Photokiosk always pops up with a message stating that it cannot connect to the Internet, even though my Internet is working. My card also seems to be workring fine on my camera. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
