Cannot Rate songs?

Hello, 

I have a 4 GB Fuze and I recently got the 02.03.31A firmware update. Afterwards I realized that not only were all ratings on my songs gone but also I can no longer rate any songs.

Is there some way to fix this? Or a way to get around it?

A firmware update will reset (meaning wipe out) all ratings, which is probably why a lot of people don’t use them. But if you want to re-enter them, your player must in in MTP mode to use this function. You can change this in Settings > System Settings > USB Mode (on your player).
