I bought a new ScanDiskSecureAccess Extreme USB 3.0, just 3 weeks ago, I have loaded my data no problem whatsoever, logged in about 50 times since to retrieve / add items, today the device is saying sorry wrong password, it is impssible, nervertheless, I have tried the exact Password over and over, and over just Making a different character uppercase, which is deffo not correct, and of course I’m told wrong password.
Can my device we somehow be affect (suddenly) by my computer security in some way, is there anyway whatsoever to resolve this or should I never buy this device type of ever again.
