Hi, I have two of these sticks one works fine with the prompt for the vault passawords etc but with the other when I click the secure acces manger I get this message “RunScanDiskSecureAccess_Win has stopped working” so I cannot access my files, both of these sticks are from the same pack! Is there any hope?

in that case you can install in both cases the version 3 of the software to ensure that you are using the same version on the drives

Hi Depona, I tried your advice and loaded V3 (verson 1.1.19755 Product ID 71) but I’m still getting the same response. I even had both drives in the PC and one could open no problem while the other won’t, showing with the same error as above. Anymore suggestions?

in that case i suggest contacting the support of sandisk directly to receive official steps in this matter so you will be able to use the software again normally

If you safely remove both drives, reboot, then insert the drive not working, do you still have the problem? It’s possible SecureAccess is getting confused finding itself on two drrives at the same time.
Another option would be to try the drive not working in a different pc.
