I just purchased a MyBook World Edition II and I’m trying to set up a back up. On my computer, I am running Windows 7 and have multiple users set up. For some folders, only specific users have access and for some reason, even when I’m logged in as my user and have access to my data folder using Windows, I cannot find it in the “Local Folders” list to set a backup on it. What do I need to do in order to be able to backup these kinds of folders?
To clarify, it appears that all the folders without “Everyone” access is not visible and cannot be selected as an item to be backed up… Please help!
