There is just 1 strange folder appearing in my external drive (Eseential 3 TB), I dont know where it is from or what it is for. It’s just stays there & I cannot delete it (the folder picture attaching with a lock). Plz help me delete that folder! thank you.
What happens if you attempt to enter the folder?
You could try a ‘free’ progam called unlocker.
Be warned I believe the program will attempt to install other items on your computer so make sure you do a custom install and tick / untick stuff you don’t want installed. I have never used it but it seems like it would do the job. Google it.
I will also say that whatever is making this folder may well make it again.
