Cannot delete folder

I have a folder which I cannot delete. Its says cannot delete “the directory is not empty”. This folder however is empty.

I also have a .jpg image which I cannot delete, it says “the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable”

What can I do?

You can use Unlocker to remove the file.
