Cannot access drive on a PC through usb

Hi everyone, My Book Studio user here.

I can access the disk through any Mac using the FIrewire 800 port. But I cannot access from a PC using the USB port.

The disk is recognized in the disk manager. But no drive letter is attributed.

Any suuggestions?
