Hi. Usually I´ve been able to access MyBookWorld II on my PC (W10) using WD Discovery. The data can then be seen on the PC.
However, now although WD Discovery can find and see the HDD I get the error msg “Ethernet does not have a valid IP config”.
Imagine I have to remap or do sthg else I´m not too familiar with. What´s the easiest way to solve? I´ve looked on the community and found some similar probs but the solution was from 2012 and not 100% clear to me.

Thanks Rocky. I was hoping that someone would have already had a similar experience but the cases I´ve found that are simllar, I´ve tried the solution and they haven´t worked…have opened a support case. Cheers.
