Hey. when iv uploaded mucis from my laptop to my sansa e280 i cant find the music on the mp3 player, but when it is connected to my laptop its shows up there… any one have an idea on what the problem might be??

ok, first, you might get better luck in the E200 board 
2nd, are you on Auto-detect in your USB mode? You need to choose MTP or MSC and stay in the one. Try switching your USB mode, you’ll probably find the music then
How do can I see if I have it on Auto-detect?? And it was on MSC.

That’s why I suggested the e200 board…they’ll have more familiarity with your player. I have a Fuze, which is the next generation player, so I could only throw out a generalized guess :wink:
