Hi, i just bought my sansa a day ago and load some avi movie in my sansa.But when i am trying to play it from sansa it say media format unsupported.
Is there any reason why my avi movie file can’t be play over at my sansa?
Return your Sansa player while you can. Worst media file compatibility I’ve seen among major brands. Go for Zune, iPod…

You have to “Convert” the movies first using Sansa Media Converter. You can NOT just drag and drop them onto the player.
