I just got a Clip Sport Go. I transferred some music files and I can play them. However, now I can not find the “Music” core function. I seeSport", “Settings”, etc… I am playing the music going through “Folders”. Is this normal? How do I get back to “Music”?
This should be easy to fix. Go to Settings. Scroll down in Settings until you see Customize. Select Customize. All the core menu items such as Music, Book, Folder, Sport will be displayed with a value of either On or Off. Based on your post, you will see Music is set to “Off.” Select Music to toggle it from Off to On. Then press the return button to get back to the main menu. Music should now show up.
