when I plug my view into the computor I get this message - one of the vsb devices attached to this computor has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it - any one know what to do now??
I went on line to sandisk and they had me doing several things, but still nothing. I do not know much about computors so some of the abbreviations I see I do not know what they mean - CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME - I HAVE BEEN GOING CRAZY GOING THRU DIFFERENT AREAS WITH NO RESULTS
