Get a good commercial backup program like Macrium Reflect. I’ve used many backup programs and this is the best. You can get a free copy at Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free Trial. I use it to back up several drives and it’s flawless so far. I’ve used it to restore failed boot drives.
