my c250 is right out of the box and i must have accidentally pressed french during setup. How can a reset to the original settings/English? I can’t read french! Thanks!
You can either try to update the firmware with the Sansa Firmware Updater (if there is a new firmware available it will prompt you for language after loading it) or you can call SanDisk tech support and they can walk you through changing it back.
