The screen on my C240 went out, and I need to RMA it - but how do I find the serial number? It doesn’t seem to be on the MP3 player itself.
maybe underneathe the battery, tech support would know, gotta go through them anyway to get it replaced
I called tech support, their automated answering referred me to their website, to fill out an RMA form their, or send them an e-mail.
And how do I take the battery pack out?
??? its just a plastic piece on the back that slides off, its probably gonna take a little force.
