I had a C150 which freezes on logo after starting. I had tried removing battery and putting it back. Tried to connect to computer. Computer says unkown device. What else I can do to initialize the device. Thanks for the help.
You can try to reflash the firmware with this http://dl2.ibox.org.ua:8080/3/22120/c100_1.0.005a_FirmwareUtility.exe.
Should work on all c100 series players.
