Hello everyone,

I have problems with my C140; the windows explorer reads the player and I am able to upload and download files, but when I finish to do so and unplug the player, nothing of the list has changed once I check the display! if I read it again with the explorer, it shows the same files as before my changes; I tried downloading a new frmware but it said there was no firmware avalable for the C140.

I have Vista, by the way. Thanks a lot.

Does it go through a database refesh to update the information from the new additions? Maybe if you turn the unit off  & then back on again.

Not having one, I’m only guessing.

You could also try the MP3 Legacyboard for more help on the ‘E’ &  ‘C’ 100 series players.
