I have a c140 MP3 player to which   I am new to using. I loaded some music to it and it and can;t seem to work the player. It is stuck on “MTP Connected”.

I want to get the user manual for troubleshooting  but when I click on the link in this discussion, I am taken to the page to select the lanuage for the pdf… i click engligh and nothing comes up.  Please help

check out the links i have in my signature. The how to videos should help. The player should say “mtp connected” or “msc connected” when it is connected to the computer.

p.s

Make sure you have adobe acrobat reader for the users guide, it works fine for me.
