Bug Fixes Urgently Needed!!!

I would like to have a firmware update fix the following major problems. In the “Tools Menu”:

  1. Resolder broken battery wire

  2. Resolder volume switch

  3. Replace dead battery

  4. Replace broken volume switch

  5. Repair worn out headphone jack

  6. Replace damaged headphone jack

  7. Repair dim display

  8. Replace burnt out display

C’mon Sansa! Can U deliver in the next 3 days! If not:

  1. I’m gonna contact my state representatives about these unfair problems

  2. I’m goona write a letter to president Bahama Mama so he can address the nation

  3. I’m gonna stand at a busy intersection holding an anti-Sansa sign

  4. I’m gonna spread the word in church sermons around the world

I’m gonna…find something more important to worry about

lol.  Some people are happy to live with what they are given.  Other people would like to see companies stand behind their products and support customers-I am glad to pay for that.  Things should not be thrown away just to make room for new things or to get people to buy more things.  Is that good?  Just my opinion.

 9.  Fix ‘White Screen of Death’

  1. Install additional codecs recognized by Sansa players so SMC isn’t necessary.

Mostly Sansa should fix the pitch/speed defect… Mostly

It’s a matter of honoring their commitment to quality.

They do have a commitment to quality, don’t they?

Everyone should follow your examples and do their part to encourage Sansa to fix the Clip.

Ignoring the problem won’t make it go away.
