Forgive me for being a newbie, I only got my sansa clip+ yesterday. When I first connected it (via usb) to my PC (Win7 Pro) it all worked fine. Immediately on connecting, an icon appeared at the bottom of the screen, which, when clicked, opened up a Sandisc program (can’t recall the name of it) that allowed me among other thing to browse the folders on the clip. After playing with it all for a few hours, the icon no longer appears when I connect it. I can see the folders in Windows explorer but it does not show some music files which I had prevoiusly copied onto the clip.
Does anyone know how I can get that Icon back? Is there Sandisk software that I need to load?
