Help! My brand new My Passport detected as good by disk management, LED is on, but is not accessible in My Computer or via any software.
* LED is on
* HDD is receiving power
* Shows up as “Healthy” in Disk Management
* Device Properties shows it as good
I tried a different computer and get the same problem
I tried my other WD external hard drives with the same cable & computer and they work fine.
What could the issue be?
