i bought it from costco on sale, and i was using it mainly to watch movies on my school computers. but one day, it suddenly stopped working. the password enter still works, but the hard drive doesnt show up after that. i checked it on my mac and it said it couldnt read it. i tried using the wd quick format and it failed i opened it in disk management and it said it was offline (the reason this disk is offline cannot be determined), and if i try to turn it online, it says the request is not supported.
please dont tell me my drive is fried only after 2 weeks.
