i cant see anything but it plays…
what to do??
Turn it off and try a system reset (on switch held up for 10-15 seconds).
i tried it so many times…
nothing happens :cry:

How about manually applying the firmware to the player? (See the threads at the top of the forum.) The firmware could have become corrupted. Good luck!
I am experiencing the same problem. It also shuts off after about 30 min of continuous play, very difficult to get music to play again after that.
I have uploaded the latest firmware and it still plays but does not light up. What the heck is going on?
By any chance is the LCD brightness/contrast turned all the way down?
Possibly a broken LCD or connection from board to LCD.
