My e280 didn’t come with the media converter, so I downloaded it offline, and it won’t recognize my player. What do I do?
Try being very patient with it-
Open up SMC, allow it to load completely. THEN plug your player in and wait. If it doesn’t work unplug the player and try a different USB port.
