I always keep
charging the Clip from 0 % to 100 % (Full-charge)
Using it from 100 % to 0 % (Empty)
charging the Clip from 0 % to 100 % (Full-charge)
Using it from 100 % to 0 % (Empty)
.
.
I do not (for example) charge it when the battery is 60% charged. I thing that by that I keep my Battery in “good shape”.
Am I right or Wrong ??? Does it make any difference ???
(Could be related to the “Memory effect” issue…)

It’s not necessary to exhaust the battery down to 0%, and it’s genereally recommended not to do that, apart from every now and again.
