Battery

What should I do if the battery won’t recharge?? Should I send the player in and have them send me another one or should I just go and buy a new one??

If it is defective and it’s still under warranty, by all means have it replaced at no charge (pun un-intentional). did this just start happening? If so, is there anything different, like using a different USB port or a different computer, anything like that? Have you tried another computer (like maybe at work?) or a USB AC wall charger?

well it hasn’t happened yet… but I was wondering what Sansa would do if that happened.
