I have had this issue for a few days now. I know I shut down because I see the “goodbye” message but the next morning it won’t start up due to low battery. Is anyone wlse having this issue and does anyone know how to fix?

I would format the device and see if that resolves the issue. If not, it could be a hardware fault. Are you still in the warranty period? 1 year (2 in Europe).
