Basic Info for MAC users

I have had limited success downloading podcasts using itunes with my MACbook OSX. My method has been to drag-and-drop. It has worked a few times. Sometimes just a title is transfered. Now I can’t get anything transfered to my Fuze. What am I doing wrong?

I had the same problems.  Try checking the ID tag version.  The Fuze seems to play well with version 2.3.  Copy the podcast or audiobook to iTunes and then convert the ID tags to version 2.3.
