I have a message “Backup schedule is paused” and the drive will not do any more backups. How do I “un-pause” it so it will continue. I have tried to delete the schedule and start a new one. it will do a backup when I say start but it will not continue on the schedule. Help.

I am using the backup software hat comes with the drive. It is called WD Backup. The drive is a WD My Passport Ultra.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?
I just uninstalled and then reinstalled the software. The first backup worked and no pausing. It is set for backing up automatically at 11:00pm every day and that is where it had the problem the first time. I will let you know tomorrow if it worked. Thanks for your suggestion.

I am glad to know that your issue has been solved.
You have to right-click the system try to restore. NOTHING is displayed on the main app. Terrible software interface.
