I removed a failed WD passport Ultra and replaced with a new 4TB MY PASSPORT. When I look at the presentation for backup the Ultra is still on the display as off line?. The Ultra is NOT present any where in the Lap top system but still shows up as an off line drive on the Backup display for the new drive,???
