Hi folks,

i have an external WD Smart Wear hardrive version 2.2.0

I have recently created some AVG Data Safe drives on my computer which makes a folder basically in a partially drive ie f drive, h drive etc etc

When I do a back up on my Smart Wear I cannot see the WD hard drive backing up these Data Safe Drives.  It only backs up from wjat I can see the C drive which does not include the AVG partial drives.

How can I fix this

Try using the file/folder backup option.
