Backup did not complete because of skipped files

WD External and Portable SSD Portable SSD

C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Documents
C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Pictures

 These two items are being skipped causing backup to fail. A search for the two items on the pc produces nothing. Any help much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, it seems that this path is created when there’s an error on Windows user. I used google and was able to find a way to fix it, however I have not tried and don’t guarantee that it will work.
